How do I book an appointment?

Click Reservation, you will be redirected to the booking page. Select a service, then pick a time slot, fill in your details and pay the deposit. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your appointment.

Do I need to pay a deposit when booking an appointment?

Yes, you do. A deposit is required when you making an appointment with us online, in-store, or via phone.

Will my deposit be taken of the total at the end?

Yes, it will. You only need to pay the remaining balance at the end of your appointment.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Call us on 0118 959 8898, we’ll help you cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please kindly be advised that deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment but can be used towards rescheduling if a minimum of 2 hours notice is given to us.
